HEY, LET’S BE PALS!

Connecting with clients is one of the most important parts of my job, so let me start by sharing a little bit about myself (then it’s your turn!)

I grew up in Dallas, TX, but relocated to Washington D.C. partly on a whim…I ended up sticking around and am currently completing a masters program in Foggy Bottom. No, my masters is actually not related to photography (it’s in the STEM field). My variety of passions, including photography and science, and also writing, teaching, and self development, give me a unique and multifaceted view of the world. My hope is that this perspective shines through my work and better helps me capture all the nuances of each clients’s own personalities and affections.

Most of my work is focused on couples, weddings, and portraits, but I’m more than happy to take on lifestyle shoots with brands and collaborative shoots with other creatives.

These are some things I love: Liturgical readings at church, stories with a triumphant underdog (Harry Potter), iced coffee all year round, Texas, getting compliments on my editing, cheeeeeese on everything.

Things I really do not like: When I have to turn down a client because I’m completely booked. Since I’m balancing grad school and research, I only take on so many shoots a year. Please inquire here so we can get something on the calendar sooner than later!

Enough about me…

Head to my contact page to share a little bit about your story, what kind of photos you would like, and your general availability. You’re welcome to send me any questions you might have and I’ll do my best to get back to you ASAP. *

*You can also send me coffee shop and Netflix recommendations if you wanna be extra cool. Just kidding. Kinda.
